Whole Wheat Flour Veggie Pizza

 




Ingredients:

  • Yeast - 2 teaspoons
  • Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Butter - 2 teaspoons
  • Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Warm water - 1 glass
  • Italian spices - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - as per the taste( I used 1.5 tea spoon)
  • Pizza Sauce - 4- 5 tablespoons
  • Red Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 200gms
  • Vegetables - Capsicum, Paneer, Onions, Sweet Corn ( You can use any veggies you like)

Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients and keep aside for 1.5 hour.
  • Sauté all the veggies in butter and keep it aside.
  • Now take the dough and knead it for 10 min to make it soft. Make a round with hands by dusting the wheat flour.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the dough.
  • Now spread 1 layer of mozzarella cheese on top of it and arrange the veggies which we sauté it before and spread another layer of mozzarella cheese on top of veggies.
  • Sprinkle some red chili flakes and Italian spices on top.
  • Pre heat the oven to 375 C.
  • Now place the pizza in the oven for 25 min.
  • Whole Wheat pizza is ready to serve :)
